Winchester Lib Dem team celebrating success in County Council elections

A Trip Too Far

12.00.00am GMT Tue 5th Dec 2006

Taking a trip to the shops this Christmas? Or is it more likely to be a trip to A&E.

Have you noticed what a state of disrepair our local pavements are in our part of Hampshire. From Wonston to Wickham and Oliver's Battery to West Meon our pavements are in need of repairs and dangerous.

So why have the Conservatives who have responsibility, (Hampshire County Council), for the pavements been so inactive over the last 10 years?

Liberal Democrats can't understand it and want some action. If you know of any dangerous pavements go to our petition website, www.triptotheshops.com, and make Winchester Lib Dems aware. You can even take a photograph and put it on the site.
