Fares Fair! No to South West Trains' unfair fares hike

Led by the Winchester Liberal Democrat Parliamentary campaigner, Martin Tod, Lib Dems from Micheldever, Shawford and Winchester have been calling for action to ensure that the increase to off peak train fares by South West Trains are reversed.
