How to come and Volunteer in Winchester for Paula Ferguson

office_location.png

The office is open from 10am-7pm everyday for help with office admin, bundling of leaflets etc.

We also have 3 canvassing sessions each weekday, with 2 on Saturday, and 1 on a Sunday. This means that whenever you come, there’ll be something to do!

If you can, let us know you’re interested by going on-line to http://www.winld.org.uk/volunteer.

The office is located at Unit 9, City Business Centre, Hyde Street, Winchester SO23 7TA (marked on the map with a LibDem flag). We have a toilet and kitchen on site, with a plentiful supply of snacks. We’re not far from several places to buy food.

We don’t have any parking (unless for access reasons) so we ask all our volunteers to either travel to us using sustainable means, or to park in one of the city centre car parks within a short walk. The city also has a Park & Ride with multiple car parks. Whichever one you park at, they all go past City Road, which is just around the corner from us. The park and ride buses are green, and an all-day ticket for the whole car and all occupants is £3.

(more info at https://www.winchester.gov.uk/parking/park-and-ride/.

The Railway station (5 mins walk) is on the mainline from Waterloo and Portsmouth/Southampton/Bournemouth.

The nearest pay and display car parks are at:

Cattle Market and Worthy Lane
