Martin Tod for Winchester Westgate

Martin Tod has been County Councillor for Winchester Westgate for 13 years and is Leader of Winchester City Council. 

As County Councillor, he's driven through lower speed limits, new crossings and championed action on climate change, flooding and road safety at Hampshire County Council - including getting Hampshire to declare a climate emergency, driving action on school streets and removing the block on safer 20 mph speed limits.

Martin lives in Weeke with his wife, Michaela.
